How can you Recognize Vertigo?
Symptoms of (BPPV) vertigo include:
- Dizziness and altered balance
- Dizziness or vertigo* with head movements, lying down,sitting up, turning in bed,etc.
- Nausea and vomiting
- difficulty focusing, blurred vision
- fatigue
- poor concentration
*Note that dizziness and vertigo are different symptoms/sensations
